The Problem
Wellness apps often feel as noisy and demanding as the stress they claim to relieve — cluttered dashboards, aggressive streaks, and busy color. A yoga and meditation experience needs to feel like the practice itself: calm, focused, and unhurried.

The Solution
I designed a mobile experience around a soft, breathable visual language — generous spacing, gentle gradients, and quiet typography. The flows guide users through yoga sessions, meditation, and simple wellness tracking without overwhelming them, keeping each screen focused on a single clear next step.
